3. Products, Descriptions & Pricing

We aim to describe and display our products as accurately as possible. However:
• Colours, textures and finishes may appear differently on different screens.
• Many of our pieces use natural materials such as wood and stone, which may have natural variations in grain, veining and tone. These variations are part of the character of the piece, not defects.

Prices:
• Are shown in South African Rand (ZAR).
• May include or exclude VAT as indicated.
• May change from time to time. The price at checkout is the price that applies to your order.

We reserve the right to correct any errors or omissions in product descriptions or pricing.

4. Orders & Availability

When you place an order:
• You are making an offer to purchase the selected items.
• We will send you an order confirmation once your order is received.
• Your order is only accepted once we have confirmed payment and started processing or production.

Availability:
• Some items are in stock, while others are made to order.
• If an item becomes unavailable after you place an order, we will contact you to discuss alternatives, a revised timeframe, or a refund.

We reserve the right to:
• Refuse or cancel an order (for example, due to suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock issues).

In such cases, we will refund any amounts already paid for the cancelled items.

5. Payments & Security

Payments must be made using the accepted payment methods listed at checkout (see our Payment Policy for more detail).

Orders are usually processed only after full payment is received, unless otherwise agreed (for example, for certain custom orders).

Payments are processed via secure, third‑party payment providers.

We do not store your full card details on our systems.

If a payment is declined, reversed or flagged for fraud, we may:
• Delay processing your order, or
• Cancel the order and refund any amounts received, where appropriate.

6. Delivery & Risk

Delivery is handled according to our Shipping Policy and Delivery & Installation Policy.

• We will arrange delivery to the address you provide at checkout.
• Estimated delivery timeframes are provided but are not guaranteed.
• Once your order has been delivered and signed for, the risk and responsibility for the items pass to you.
