Refund & Return Policy

At Velora Furnish Living, every piece is crafted and selected with care. If something isn’t quite right, we’ll do our best to make it right in a fair and respectful way. This policy explains when and how you can return items and request a refund.

1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return within 14 days of delivery if the item is unused, in original condition with all parts, and you have proof of purchase. If more than 14 days have passed, we’ll still review your request and try to assist where reasonable.

2. Condition of Returned Items

The item must be in the same condition as received with no signs of misuse. Items should be returned in original packaging or suitable protective packaging. We reserve the right to apply partial refunds for items not in resaleable condition.

3. How to Request a Return

To request a return, email info@velorafurnishliving.co.za with your name, order number, and photos of the item. Our team will review and provide next steps. Do not send items back before approval.

4. What Happens After We Receive Your Return

Once received, we inspect the item and notify you of the approval status. Full refunds, partial refunds, or repairs/replacements will be processed according to our inspection result.

5. Refunds, Repairs, Replacements & Store Credit

Depending on the situation, we offer full or partial refunds, repairs, or replacements. We aim to choose the option that is fair to both you and Velora.

6. Non-Returnable or Limited-Return Items

Custom, clearance, and heavily used items are generally non-returnable unless faulty. Contact us if you are unsure about your item's return status.

7. Refund Method & Timelines

Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. We will notify you once initiated.

8. Return Shipping Costs

You are responsible for shipping costs for change-of-mind returns. We cover costs for items that arrive damaged or incorrect.

9. Incorrect, Defective or Damaged Items on Arrival

If an item arrives damaged, notify us with photos within 48 hours. We will offer a repair, replacement, or refund depending on the issue.

10. Your Legal Rights

This policy does not limit your rights under South African consumer law; legal rights will apply in case of conflict.
