Yes, we provide professional white-glove delivery and assembly services for most of our large furniture pieces. Our team will ensure everything is perfectly placed and ready for use.
What is your returns policy?
We offer a 7-day return period for standard items in unused, original condition. Please note that custom and made-to-order pieces are final sale unless a manufacturing defect is present.
What happens if my item arrives damaged?
Your peace of mind is our priority. If an item arrives damaged, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or professional repair at no cost to you.
Can I see your furniture in person?
While we operate primarily as a premium online store, we have a curated viewing studio in Hermanus. Visits are strictly by appointment to ensure personalized attention.
How do I care for my furniture?
We recommend using a soft, damp cloth for routine cleaning. Each material requires specific care—wood should be kept away from direct heat, while marble should be sealed annually and protected from spills.

We accept all major credit cards, Instant EFT (PayFast), and secure bank transfers. Your transaction is protected by industry-standard encryption.
