Construction & Materials


Frame: Built using SABS-certified treated pine, providing a durable and stable structure designed for everyday use and long-term reliability.


Seat Cushions: The seat cushions are constructed with 150mm high-density virgin polyurethane foam (33kg/m³, SF33-16), wrapped in polyester fibre batting (Dacron) to deliver exceptional comfort, resilience, and support.


Suspension SystemA combination of elastic webbing and sinuous no-sag springs provides superior seating support, helping to maintain comfort and structural integrity over time.


Back Cushions: The back cushions are filled with a carefully balanced blend of Unicurl and microfibre polyester fibres, enclosed within a spunbond nonwoven inner casing and wrapped in polyester fibre batting (Dacron) for a soft, plush feel with excellent recovery.


Frame Padding & Lining: The frame is padded with polyurethane foam and polyester fibre batting (Dacron), then lined with polypropylene fabric to enhance comfort, durability, and overall finish quality.
